          I, XXX, respectfully states that:

 

1.    1.  On February 12, 2024, the Honorable Court gave Petitioner five (5) days from February 12, 2024 to February 16, 2024 within which to file her Formal Offer of Evidence.

 

2.    2. The Petitioner offer in evidence the following documentary exhibits for the stated purposes, and in support of her Petition dated 15 January 2023 for her application:

“M”	Official Receipt No. XXX dated January 19, 2024 issued by RTC-OCC of Taguig City	To prove that petitioner has paid the required filing fee for her Petition for Application for Notarial Commission
“N”	Notice of Hearing dated January 22, 2024	To prove that a summary hearing was set on February 05, 2024 at 1:30 pm and should the hearing does not take place on that date it shall be held on February 12, 2024 at the same time and place without further notice
“O”	Notarized Affidavit of Publication dated January 25, 2024	To prove that the Notice of Hearing dated February 05, 2024 rendered by the RTC of Taguig was published in Pulso ng Bayan News in the issue of January 25, 2024
“P”	Page 6 of the January 25-31, 2024 of the Pulso ng Bayan where the Notice of Hearing of the Petitioner’s petition for application for notarial commission is found	To prove the publication of the Notice of hearing of Petitioner’s Petition for Application for Notarial Commission in a newspaper of general circulation in Taguig City.
“Q”	Certificate of Posting of Petitioner’s application for Notarial Commission	To prove the posting of Petitioner’s Petition as required by the Notarial Rules.

 

3. All the foregoing exhibits have been marked and identified during the summary hearing of the instant petition on 12 February 2024. Said exhibits already formed part of the records of the Honorable Court.

 

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the foregoing exhibits be admitted in evidence for the purposes for which they are being offered, and that the instant Petition be granted.

 

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
